Our kaiseki meals（traditional multi-course banquet meal） are put together based on the month.We use seasonal flavors to emphasize a traditional Japanese spiritwhich expresses the changing of the seasons, and offer heartfelt hospitality.Please enjoy taking in the seasonal decor while you savor Shigekiyo’s kaiseki cuisine.
We also serve sushi kappo prepared by our sushi chef exclusively for guests sitting at the counter. In this multiple course meal, we serve various seasonal al a carte dishes, and sushi made with red vinegar in addition to regular vinegared rice.
