That is why with each season we change the ingredients we use for dishes,
the tableware they are served on, and even the interior decor,
to express the beauty of each of the four seasons.

Our kaiseki meals（traditional multi-course banquet meal） are put together based on the month.
We use seasonal flavors to emphasize a traditional Japanese spirit
which expresses the changing of the seasons, and offer heartfelt hospitality.

We also serve sushi kappo prepared by our sushi chef exclusively for guests sitting at the counter.
In this multiple course meal, we serve various seasonal al a carte dishes, and sushi made with red vinegar in addition to regular vinegared rice.
